Emerson Ranch, Oakley, CA
The Emerson Ranch on-site ladder program was designed with wood backgrounds, Corten steel monument letters and in general a rural style to compliment the small town feeling of Oakley. The master plan is built on an old ranch site. Offsite signs were designed to bring people to the overall site, then the ladders take them through the 4 communities.
