Onyx in San Jose, CA
Onyx is the central sales center for several communities in San Jose and features two kiosks for product review, a large plot table for people to congregate around, a conference room and 3 closing rooms plus kitchen and storage.
The office was used for 4 months to help sell many of the homes before the models were completed and has been very successful.
A large aerial map is very popular on the front wall by the seating area and the open airy feeling of the office has been well received. The closing room wall has all floor to ceiling glass, so the center feels very expansive.
