Centered On Capitol in San Jose, CA
Providing excellent presentation and casual spaces for buyers, the Centered sales office won “Best Sales Office” at the National Builder Awards.
A large curved wall along the back of the center highlighted the builder and the area. Organic flooring and cabinetry set a unique yet casual tone while bright, young, colors perfectly matched the buyer profile. An 8’x8′ aerial provided a reinforcement of the theme, “centered” showcasing a community in the center of it all!
