Wallis Ranch, Dublin, CA
Obviously with the name RANCH this community needed to be up to date, contemporary for the young techy buyers, but also needed to evoke the feeling of community with its ranchland heritage.
The onsite ladder signs were faced with stained wood, while the billboards lead-in to the site and at the entry were crisp and colorful. Banner flags lead buyer through the main entry and the water tower monument reinforces the ranch feeling, as does the entry gate and letters.
